According to HC Robert Saleh, Aaron Rodgers expressing interest in playing for the Jets "demonstrate

The Jets are still active despite the current stalemate in a potential trade for Aaron Rodgers. Head coach Robert Saleh addressed this situation and the team's recent acquisitions in an interview with NFL Network's Judy Battista at the Annual League Meeting on Sunday.

Saleh reflected on the progress the Jets have made in the last two years, saying, "To have a player like him express interest in playing for us is pretty special and indicates the progress we've made. But we still have a lot of work to do and a long way to go."

Although flattered by Rodgers' interest, Saleh was tight-lipped when asked for an update on the situation, saying, "We have nothing to report at this time."
