Several notable free agents remain available in the NFL after the initial wave of free agency. With that said, where could these impact players end up? Here are the best team fits for 11 of these remaining free agents.
While a reunion with the Browns for Beckham was not a sales pitch, the team's trade for Elijah Moore has made that option less likely. Additionally, Dallas' acquisition of Brandin Cooks also takes the Cowboys out of the running. This leaves several teams with varying motivations for adding a veteran like Beckham. Kansas City is always in the market for receiving talent, as evidenced by their acquisition of Kadarius Toney during the 2022 season. However, I believe the Jets are the best fit for Beckham, especially now that Aaron Rodgers has expressed interest in joining the team. Beckham is familiar with the city from his time with the Giants, and the Jets are currently in win-now mode. They also have room at the receiver position after signing Mecole Hardman and Allen Lazard and subtracting Moore.
